Meowsapp is a linked-device connection, not the official WhatsApp Business API. Read limits and fair use before you build; it is short and it is honest.

No, and there never will be. You pay per connected number per month. That is the whole price.
7 days on either plan, full product. Checkout takes a card but charges nothing until the trial ends; if you cancel before then, nothing is charged at all. Your API token appears on screen the moment checkout finishes, with your first call filled in, so you can pair a number immediately. A card is required because spam signups are a ban risk for every number on the platform.
Billing is in USD. As a guide, USD 20 is about RM 85 and USD 35 is about RM 150 at current rates. Your card issuer sets the exact conversion.
Automatically, on the number count of your subscription: 10% off every number from 10 numbers, 20% off from 25. Change the count any time in the billing portal and the discount follows. From 50 numbers we quote a dedicated pod with invoice billing and a custom SLA.
Plans are per subscription, so a reseller can hold two subscriptions: five numbers on API and one on API + Inbox. Switch a subscription between plans at any time in the billing portal; the change is prorated.
